    Hi Wael,

You can and add and use the "Wireless Display" feature in Windows to wirelessly cast your display from one PC to another. For more on how to do that see Screen mirroring and projecting to your PC or wireless display - Microsoft Support. See the 2nd section, "Cast to another Windows PC from your Windows PC".

    Hope this helps,

    Greg

    Hello, Wael Toumi.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community!

I understand your need to use the Surface Pro 7 as an additional piece of display with the Surface Pro 9. Unfortunately, this is not possible.

The Surface Pro's USB transfer protocol does not support the device accepting video signals as input, they are only capable of outputting video signals. To use the screens of two Surface Pros at the same time, you may have to use the projection function. But this obviously doesn't suit your needs.

Therefore, I recommend that you visit the Amazon store to pick up an inexpensive monitor to use with your Surface Pro 9. Provided, you need to ensure that it is compatible with Surface Pro 9.

These are all the thoughts that I can share with you regarding this usage issue. I think this can save you some trouble to some extent.

If you think what I have shared with you can help you, you can mark it as an answer by clicking “Yes” or “No” at the bottom of the reply. This will bring our conversation to the attention of more users who have questions about whether Surface Pro can be used as an additional screen, increasing the visibility of valid information.

Thank you for your understanding and support of Surface products and the Microsoft community.

I wish you all the best.

    Best Regards.
