Hi, 

Hope you are doing well and had a happy holidays. 

Yesterday, I contacted microsoft support via chat, my case was escalated , they gave me a case number: xxxxxxxxxx

The contact support tech gave me his email, but doesnt respond. He told me he was gonna reach me before 24 hours. I dont know anything. No updated no nothing.
