Microsoft Surface 3 stylus pen tips

I recently lost the tip of my microsoft surface 3 pen(silver with purple top button, 2 side buttons and side clip). I've been trying to find replacements for it but have only come across replacements for the pro pen. I don't want to buy a while new pen when all I need is a replacement tip. 

Does anyone show where I can find the actual replacement tips for my pen online?

    Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community.

    Yes, the Surface Pen tips available today is only compatible with the Surface Pen with no clip (v4) and Surface Pen with single button on flat edge (v3) (Identify your Surface Pen and features) . I'm really sorry but Pen tips for the Surface Pen with two side buttons is no longer available even for replacements since this pen version has been discontinued already.
