I have a Surface Laptop 3 and a recurring issue I have is that my screen darkens during Zoom calls.  I have changed the battery setting in the control panel so my computer does not sleep until 1hr of no use but my screen darkens after 5min on being on a call.  This is where I have made the changes:

Control Panel

-Hardware & Sound

--Change setting for the plan

---Both turn off display and putting computer to sleep are set at 1 hours

Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated!!

thx!!

We are having the same problem. It is every 30 seconds during Zoom calls it automatically dims and is very annoying.

I have the same problem.  3x it went dark in a 2 hour Zoom.  Once after an hour, then 10 minutes, then 2 minutes.
