    Does this have an Intel®Pentium® Gold Processor 4415Y ? That processor is not on the supported list Windows processor requirements Windows 11 supported Intel processors | Microsoft Docs which is probably the reason it is blocked.

    There is certainly info on the Internet on how to install on unsupported hardware like Microsoft explains how to install Windows 11 on unsupported PCs (msn.com) and Microsoft has posted Ways to install Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
