Hello,
The model number can be found in two places. First it is listed on the box of the device on the barcode sticker, it can also be found in Settings by going to "About" and then clicking Regulatory labels.

I require either a user manual or a tech specifications list that clearly indicates the model 1930 of Microsoft Surface Duo. This model number must be indicated in either file. Can you help me with this? Thanks very much in advance.
