"Update your warranty with your proof-of-purchase" - how to do that in real life?

Just received new Surface 6 (LQJ-00019 stating clearly "for commercial and educational customers" i.e. 2y warranty expected...). While added device to my MS account and registration, I found warranty to be only up to 2021/08/10 (instead of 2y as stated on sales documents).

I have now used 2+h to find the way how to send "proof-of-purchase" information to support as advised on FAQ ("Update your warranty with your proof-of-purchase" ). Yet there is no way how to get that done - all links create never ending circular guiding back to org. FAQ document (Update your warranty with your proof-of-purchase ).

Please advice with working link as I scanned earlier subjects and answers we really not helpful (as just copies of FAQ.....)

Looking forward for (solving) Help....

FYI circular... starting point Update your warranty with your proof-of-purchase (other paths will lead to same result....)

  1. answering no: does not help (as only feedback...)

Great, based on this was finally able to access to chat and by using same phase also there David was able to help me...

Now warranty ip to 18.7.2023, business type warranty and happy....

Anyhow not happy how MS has hidden this, no wonder I had no patience with my son's Pro 4 around 4 years back....
