The latest Surface Pen are the Surface Slim Pen and the Surface Pen with no clip. Both pen is compatible with your Surface Pro 7 and they have the same Ink Pressure points on the Surface Pro 7 which is 4096. Both also supports Bluetooth connectivity and Tilt on Surface Pro 7. The difference would be the Magnet attach feature and its power. You can attach the Surface Pen with no clip to the side of your Surface Pro 7 unlike the Surface Slim Pen which does not support Magnet attach. Surface Slim Pen is rechargeable using its USB-C charging cradle while the Surface Pen with no clip uses a AAAA battery. You may check this page for more details to Change Surface Pen batteries.
