Hello Simerahzahra,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Surface Pro 7+ as a 2-in-1 tablet device, in theory, the plug-and-play printer supported by the general computer can be connected to Surface Pro 7+ work.
The Surface Pro 7+ has A USB-C port and a USB-A port, so if plug-and-play printer devices can support USB connectivity, then they should support the Surface Pro 7+.
However, if the printer supports wireless printing, it can also be over a wireless connection.
The process on how to add a printer can be found in the following link:
Install a printer in Windows - Microsoft Support
But let me kindly remind you that some older printer devices may not be compatible with the Surface Pro 7+, and if you want to get a deeper understanding of compatibility, you should in fact check with your printer's sales representative to see if their printer is compatible with the Surface Pro 7+. Because the printers are not from Microsoft, we don't know much about other brands of hardware.
Best Regards,
