    Hello, sana shayegan.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community!

I noticed that you have not installed Windows 11 on your Surface Book.

In fact, the hardware specifications of the Surface Book only support the use of Windows 10. After installing Windows 11 the device may have many unanticipated issues. You can find out the information by following the link below:

Poor compatibility between the device and the system should be the key to your current problem.

Therefore, you need to consider whether you want to roll back the Surface Book's operating system to Windows 10 in order to continue using the device.

Even if rolling back to Windows 10 goes against your need to use the operating system, we still need to do this to determine if there are other faults with the device.

If the problem doesn't occur under Windows 10, we're able to determine that it's a compatibility phenomenon.

I don't like to believe this is a failure stemming from damaged hardware. Your device should be in good shape and is simply hosting an inappropriate system.
