Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community. I'm sorry to hear that your keyboard stopped working. Definitely not the experience to have with.
Anyhow, I appreciate your time and effort in trying to isolate the issue on your end. It's just unfortunate that it did not fix the problem. With that being said, it looks like this is a potential hardware failure. To confirm, let's check if your keyboard works or not in UEFI as well. You can load the UEFI firmware settings menu through Windows. To do this:
- Select Start> Settings > Update & security > Recovery.
- Under Advanced startup, select Restart Now.
- Under Choose an option, select Troubleshoot> Advanced Options> UEFI Firmware Settings, and then select Restart.
Once you're in the UEFI, press the arrow keys to navigate the panel, and let me know if it works or not.
