If you open Settings, Update & Security, Windows Update View update history
and expand Driver Updates you can look at firmware updates. You can also open
Device Manager, Display adapters and check the properties of the Nvidia display
to see the driver version number. Then in Device Manager, expand Firmware and
check the Surface UEFI properties driver version.

2021-02-28T16:03:21+00:00 Thanks for your help. The Surface Desktop did not find anything wrong during my tests. However, I did read online there were firmware updates, which I am uncertain if the diagnostic tool would find. How would I find out which one is for my computer?

downloadable from the Windows Store if you do not have it installed) then go to
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/surface-update-history-6036fff5-edec-c8ec-9796-a5633aac9488
and view the information. Note that the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4037239/surface-fix-common-surface-problems-using-surface-diagnostic-toolkit
can often fix most software and driver issues and will pull down the latest
firmware and drivers from Windows Update. -

2021-02-28T10:16:39+00:00 Hi,
Can you confirm what device you have...?
You have typed "Microsoft Studio Desktop Pro" as the title, but I don't recognise that and neither does Bing.
You have selected Surface Pro 2 as the category.
Please confirm what device you have.
Cheers!
