Wireless Desktop 2000 set up on Mac

Hello,

I am having trouble connecting my Wireless Desktop 2000 mouse to my MacBook Pro. The keyboard works perfectly, but the mouse will not register/work.

I attempted to download the Mouse and Keyboard centre app but it is not available on Mac (or at least, not working on mine). Are you please able to advise on the next steps?

I have tried:

  • Changing batteries on mouse
  • Different USB port (although again, the keyboard works fine so I am not convinced it is a USB issue)
