My surface laptop 3 won't turn on

Mh laptop didn't had any battery left for the first time in 7 months, so i left it charging over night, only to wake up and find out it wouldn't even turn on.

I tried to power restart it, charge it again, make sure thay the charger wasn't the problem, but it seems like the laptop is dead

Also when the charger is plugged there's the light on, and when i proceed to do the power restart it goes off for 5 seconds ( But a blank screen)

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community and posting your inquiry.   

    The device could be hibernating and needs to wake up. We suggest the methods below:

    • Press the Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B. This restarts the graphics display driver. If the device was stuck on a black screen, this may resolve the issue.

    • Force the device to restart. Press and hold the power button until the logo screen appears (about 20 seconds).

    Mine has done exactly the same and is just over a month out of warranty.

    Has never been moved from my desk and Microsoft want £474 to replace it.

    Was bought to launch my business and paid premium for peace of mind... have lost EVERYTHING.

    Microsoft have been no help at all unfortunately.

    My Surface 3 would not start at all, then tried power with volume up, and got it to start, but only see spinning dots after windows logo. 

    Forced restart again by holding power down, then regular power button start, but again only spinning dots after windows logo. It’s spinning dots now for >40 min. Please advise.
