Will it be possible to buy a new Surface Studio (a new version or new product) in the future?

I can see that the Surface Studio 2 ist not for sale (not in stock in Norway) and I want to buy a new version that is compatible with windows 11.

I Have the first version that is not supporting Windows 11 and starts to be very slow. I want a "all in one" PC with large screen like Surface Studio today. If you are not going to produce Surface Studio in the future? Will it be possible to buy a Surface and use the Surface Studio as a screen?

    Hi Magne,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

At this time, Microsoft has not announced any plans to release a new version of the Surface Studio.

Regarding your current Surface Studio, it does not support using it as an external monitor through traditional wired connections like HDMI or DisplayPort. However, you can utilize the "Projecting to this PC" feature in Windows 10 and Windows 11 to wirelessly project the display from another device to your Surface Studio. Keep in mind that this method may introduce some latency and is not suitable for tasks requiring real-time responsiveness.  Screen mirroring and projecting to your PC or wireless display - Microsoft Support Your SincerelyHahn.
