I placed an order over a week ago from the Microsoft store online. I payed with the option of citizens pay and line of credit was approved. Now over a week later I am asking about the product shipment, Microsoft tells me I have to call Citizens pay and citizens pay says I must call Microsoft. I feel like I am being scammed it is back and forth for days now and nobody can help. I thought it would be legit going through the Microsoft site and going through their partnered bank. Please help! Is anyone else having this same experience?

    Hi AndreaD_512,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Just to set you an expectation, regarding any concern for the new order or service and repair. this is already beyond our scoop here in community. We don't have an option to check the status of the order. However, as a Microsoft customer support agent, I can assure you that Microsoft and Citizens Pay are legitimate companies. However, it sounds like there may be a miscommunication or issue between the two companies regarding your order.

I suggest that you contact both Microsoft store chat team and Citizens Pay again and explain the situation in detail. If necessary, ask for a supervisor or manager to escalate the issue. It would be helpful to provide any order numbers or reference numbers you have to help them locate your order.

Another option is to contact the Microsoft Store through the phone.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Kind regards,

    Christopher.
