My surface pro is lagging when unplugged

Please help me after when my surface 9 is at 100 and unplugged it keeps lagging when plugged it does not

    Hi Christopher,

    Some devices may experience lag when unplugged due to power management settings that reduce performance to conserve battery life. You can try to adjust these settings in the Intel Graphics Command Center by turning off the "Panel Self Refresh" option.
