Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio 2 doesn't last up to 6hrs on battery. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have been a Dell and Mac Book user, recently decided to switch brands. I bought the Microsoft Surface Studio for work, 2 two weeks ago and i noticed it heats up and the battery does not last up to 3hrs. I returned the PC and got another surface studio today this time everything works fine except the battery drains really fast. I like this PC so much and will like to use it, are there settings i should implement to make the battery last longer? there anything i can do to make the battery last, i don't run any heavy stuffs just Figma, UX research softwares for now.

Before purchase it says on the technical page that : Models with Intel graphics Iris Xe: up to 19 hours operation under typical use"

    I'm running in "Recommended" power mode, and just browsing, I only get 3 to 4 hours of battery life.

    Just chiming in to add that I have the Surface Laptop Studio (nine months old at this point) and I get around three hours of battery life with basic web browsing. I usually use it desktop-style connected to a monitor and peripherals so I plan to just plug it in and live with it, but the three hour battery life (versus 19 advertised) on a brand new high-end computer is really disappointing. It's possible doing the laundry list of battery hacks here or on reddit might fix it, but that shouldn't be necessary for a computer at this price point.

    This is very much my experience. I use the web and work in PowerApps and Sharepoint quite a lot and 3 hours seems to be about my limit. I've had my Surface Studio Laptop 2 for 7 months from new and my battery health is good. These devices don't seem to get anywhere near their advertised battery life.

    I have similar issue and it's quite disappointing spending over £3000 and only have less than 3hour battery life. I just got the laptop 2 weeks ago.

    I have done all that has been advised to do.

    I have always been a mac user and decided to change to Microsoft Studio Lab 2 laptop that costed me over £3000.

    I really do need help with this. I travel a lot and need a system that gives me better battery life.
