Microsoft keyboard 5050

I just bought this keyboard and tried to download the driver in the hopes of being able to use the special keys on my Mac; however, the driver available does not include the current version (macOS Catalina 10.15.5) that my computer is running. Is there any update when this will become available or can you at least tell me if it Microsoft has any intention of making it available?

    Just to confirm, is this the keyboard that you have : Wireless Comfort Desktop 5050?

    Yes, you will need to installed the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center to use the full functionality of the keyboard. I'm sorry but the Mouse and Keyboard doesn't have a version compatible with MAC OS which is why using the keyboard with MAC OS, you'll have a limited functionality (check Operating Systems under Specifications : Wireless Comfort Desktop 5050).
