Does the Surface Laptop 7 work with any Microsoft stylus?

I recently purchased a Surface Laptop 7, and I'm curious if I can write on it with any kind of pen.

    Unfortunately, the Surface Laptop (7th edition) does not support Surface Pen. Based on customer feedback and usage patterns, we focused on improving the most utilized features by our customers, including touchscreen display, which now boasts 120Hz refresh rate, HDR technology, and supporting 10-finger touch functionality.

    Best solution? Pen driver. Second best solution? Improve information communication. Why is this information not made more apparent in the information about the device? This should be made clear in the primary selling information as well as in the surface pen compatible devices information. There should be a clear and direct statement that the Surface Laptop 7 is not compatible with any pen, outright. (This would have dramatically altered my choice to purchase this device.)

    Let's say I'm i bit unhappy when I realized it... was using a slim pen, but when I paired it ti my new laptop 7 nothing happened, and it took a while until I understood there was no support for the pen any longer :-(

    That's so frustrating to find out, I literally brought my new laptop Microsoft Surface 7th Edition with Co-Pilot Saturday and was encouraged to buy the Microsoft Slim Pen 2 for the laptop, to which i didn't have a charger, so had to buy that as an addition. So thats an additional £122 that I didn't need to spend.

    Its really disappointing that the system has co-pilot and touch screen functionality but is not compatible with a Pen?

    Argh.

    Just got the surface laptop 7 and i am very unhappy that the pen does not work. I will send the laptop back, because the pen was that one feature i switched to microsoft surface laptops back then.
