    Hi there

I changed the 802.11 n/ac/ax setting to 802.11n and this seems to have solved the issue. I have not experienced any disconnects since changing this setting. It is found under Device Manager -> Network Adapters -> Intel(R) Wifi -> Advanced. See below screen shot for reference.

    Hello Crest_Z,

Thank you for the information. I am experiencing similar problems (Surface pro 7 fails to connect to wifi after waking up from sleep, but turns normal when restarted). This means that I have to manually restart the system every time when I need to use the Internet, which is very, very bad for both user experience and productivity.

I have the network adapter Intel AX201.

MANY users are experiencing this problem. Please update this bug as soon as possible so that we don't end up returning our Surface Pros, thank you.

Why tf would you guys push out a device without proper power management either the issue lies in the network adapter stuck on a "save power" state to wich we can't even play with the settings cuz there isn't as all we get is a balanced power management option with a **** list available to tinker with or we have to force users to go into the bios to change power options...this is a massive slap to the face for anyone in I.T. sure we could get to that power option but why make it that way in the first place...the issue either lies in microsfts crappy handling of the GUI for the SP 7 or you guys used a sh*tty wireless adapter card for your 700 dollar plus product...
