Hi Harshith Gottimukkula,
Usually, device users will use a dryer that absorbs the liquid right after it gets spilled or it fell into the parts of a gadget. Others will dip their devices in a sack of rice because naturally, its a good moisture absorbent. That's what they usually do if I were to based it on mine and other's experiences.
- Will the laptop still survive? - I can't really tell you if the laptop will survive. It really depends if that liquid was directly spilled to the hardware component of your Surface device and it stays there for a while before you had it dried.
- As milk is much denser than water, it flows slowly so will the other parts of the laptop such as the battery, motherboard, etc will they get damaged?- If it was too much liquid and you weren't able to dry it right away, that may cause damage to the hardware components of your Surface device.
- And also as we cannot replace the drive then how do we save all the memory? - Can you still turn on the Surface device? If you can, it would be best to back up all your files so that it's easy for you to retrieve it the moment the laptop will start to malfunction.
