Anyone still using the surface RT?

I know, it's 2020 and it may be time to move on, but I still find myself going back. Even if Windows RT is buggy as heck and there's not a lot of good apps, I feel like I spent so much money on it when it came out, I need to make the most of it.  Does anyone feel the same way?

I share your predicament. Is there any way that Microsoft can let us upgrade to windows 10. Or at least make Microsoft edge compatible to surface RT 8.1device....

Microsoft could at least update the browser.

Still using it. It's not bad, but Internet Explorer is too slow. :(

I've got a 1st gen Surface RT (64 GB version). I never upgraded to Windows RT 8.1 so I could keep using the 8.0 jailbreak (the 8.1 jailbreak that finally was developed is too much work to be worth the upgrade for me). I used it fairly regularly until this past December when I got a Pro X to finally replace it. I agree with you and I typically try to use my devices for as long as I can as I am not made of money. (The Pro X is probably the most expensive single purchase in a long time, but I did manage to find an excellent open box deal on one at Best Buy).

Anyway, the Netflix app still works so it's now hooked up to the TV full time to stream Netflix.  I have no idea how long it'll keep working now that the 8.0 store is defunct, but it amazingly somehow still updated the Netflix app a couple months ago.
