I'm having the same issue.
I bought a $15 mini wireless usb adapter at bestbuy to get wifi on my device. I didn't buy a bluetooth adapter as I don't use it. But it keeps your device from being useless until they figure out a real fix.

Hi,
All of a sudden in the middle of using the internet my WiFi and Bluetooth disabled.
If you trouble shoot it displays that the network driver is missing or not installed.
I downloaded the latest driver update manually via USB and tried updating drivers nothing changed stated my driver where all up to date.
In the device manager if you display hidden drivers you could see Bluetooth and Marvell AC-wireless adapter. If you opened their properties they stated driver not installed or working properly (code 45).
Tried all ideas suggested in forums nothing seemed to work.
Performed a system recovery to 24hrs before system error occurred as a last resort. Now the drivers don't even display in the device manager. Manually updated driver from USB again still nothing.
All other functions working only Marvell AC-wireless adapter and Bluetooth adapter missing/ not working.
Any ideas?? or could this be the the actual hard wear broken?
Surface still under warranty however i'm in a different country to purchase.
Regards Crhis

Hi Marrion.
Thankyou for your prompt reply.
I have followed the steps above, in the UEFI setting WIFI and Bluetooth where enabled.
I disabled them, then re-enabled them with performing system restart between cycles just make sure it has taken effect.
I have also performed a complete reset of the surface after saving all of my files.
The controllers/ adapter still do not appear in the device manager.
Thanks
Mine turned out to be a hardware failure. Fortunately I was still within the warranty window.
Good luck everyone!
Hi chrisPraeger,
Thank you for the response. I'm sorry but I think we need to proceed in re-installing Windows on your Surface Pro 6 using a USB Recovery Image. This option will reimage the entire device and reload Windows including the drivers and firmware. It is the most complete form of Reset and it will wipe out everything on the device so you might need to back up your files first. You will need also a 16GB/32GB of flash drive that must be formatted into FAT32 prior to downloading the Recovery Image. If you like to try, you can follow the steps provided below:
How to Download, Create and Use a USB recovery drive
To download the Recovery Image:
Please note that while you will only be presented with devices that are currently registered on your account, you will also be presented with the option to get an image for a different type of device. If you try to use this option, you will be prompted to enter the serial number for that device 4. Download the recovery image using the button on the page 5. When the download bar pops up at the bottom of your screen, save the file in a location you will be able to find it.
Format USB Drive:

Hi chrisPraeger,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community. Im sorry to hear about what happened to your Surface Pro 6.
Please try to boot the device to the UEFI screen then check there if Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled. Check this page on How to boot to the UEFI settings. Once you are in the UEFI screen, choose Devices then look for the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth option. If they are disabled, enabled them. If already enabled, try to disable them first then re-enable.
