Hi. I have to run online classes on Teams and Google Meet. On both of them, my Surface Pro8 crashes suddenly. I have installed all updates. Unfortunately, it was in vain. The issue is that my camera freezes or turns off during the meeting or I can't share my screen anymore. It has been really nerve-racking.
Technical Issues with the Microsoft Surface Pro 8
I have been experiencing frequent technical issues with my Microsoft Surface Pro 8 since I purchased it a few months ago, including crashes, battery issues, and blue screen errors during online meetings and work. Despite my attempts to keep the device up to date, the issues persist and have caused me significant inconvenience.

2023-04-06T08:57:30+00:00 Thank you for your response. However, I have already tried installing Windows updates and Surface driver updates, but my device continues to have issues with battery life and blue screen errors. I have also experienced performance issues during online meetings, which is why I reached out for assistance. Can you please provide me with additional troubleshooting steps or a different solution that can address these issues? Thank you.

2023-11-27T04:51:10+00:00 I am also having these problems, and I have returned my surface twice to Microsoft. It seems they just turn it on and send it back after a couple cursory checks without addressing any of the problems. Why are these issues not being resolved?

2023-04-10T23:17:34+00:00 I am aware of your need to fix this problem effectively.
Please try the following steps below.
Run Surface Diagnostic Toolkit and ensure Windows is up to date.
See: Fix common Surface problems using the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit (microsoft.com)
Check Reliability Monitor and look at the events listed. If events are app specific troubleshooting should be performed on the app (remove and reinstall and/or contact publisher)
Use Control Panel > Security and Maintenance > Maintenance > View reliability history.
Remove third-party anti-virus software installed if there is.
Perform a Memory diagnostic.
From Search, type Memory Diagnostic and run the Windows Memory Diagnostics program.
Reset your Surface. See Restore or reset Surface for Windows - Microsoft Support.
There have been reported issues with the performance, such as blue screen errors during online meetings. We are aware of this issue and are actively working on a resolution.
