is there any other Microsoft hardware distributor in the UAE other than AFET LLC?

Due to recent problem with AFET warranty and guarantee service, packaging of the products, complain and blame game, therefore I prefer to get it directly from Microsoft instead of AFET or any other distributor if available, since normally the distributor is ones who keep the products on their warehouses, if warehouse is good than the product won't have any trouble
