I need to replace the battery on my Surface Pro. Do you do this and what is the cost?

The number on the back is #1796 - I am not sure what model this is so I selected 5th Generation below but I am not sure if this is correct.

    Unfortunately, there are no available replacement batteries that are sold separately for Surface devices. This means that the device needs to be replaced entirely. With that being said, it would be best to get in touch with the Microsoft assisted support to check for further options in replacing your device.
