    Hello Ryan Counihan,

    Thanks for visiting Microsoft Community.

I understand that one of the rubber feet on your Surface Pro 7 is missing. You can buy a rubber foot for Surface Pro 7 on shopping platforms such as Amazon or from the Microsoft Store or iFixit. More info at:

This is a terrible response. I also have lost a rubber foot within less than a week of owning a SL7. Your opinion that it does not affect my usage of a brand new $1,500 computer is ridiculous. Everytime I see the missing foot, I regret my purchase.

Further, the black feet for the SL7 are sold out everywhere. It seems to be a widespread issue and there is no current option to purchase a replacement.

    Hi,

I just checked iFixit and they do have them in stock, but not in all colors.

    Hope this helps,

    Greg

Absolutely disappointment on Microsoft here, have had my SL7 for months now with one rubber foot missing. And they are still out of stock!!! I don't think they will get any in stock ever! Horrible experience.

I could NOT agree more - I have had my SL7 for a few short months and lost the rubber feet which is, while small, highly frustrating. Looks tacky and cheap. I paid premium (or so I thought) for a NEW Microsoft computer. and was expected so much more. SOLD OUT everywhere too so am bound to look cheap and tacky for a while. SO ANGRY

I wonder what our options are???
