How can I unlock my screen rotation on surface pro 7

In the Display settings, the rotation lock is unavailable. It's there but I can't click on it to disable or enable it. Please help. Thanks.

    Hello Hannah Louise Madriaga,

    Thanks for posting your concern here.

    Please try to put your Surface to Tablet mode first. Select action center on the taskbar (next to the date and time), and then select Tablet mode to turn it on or off. Once you're in Tablet mode, go back to Display settings and turn Rotation lock off. Check if it allows you to rotate your device automatically.
