How do we do that when the surface doesn’t have a usb capability??
My daughter’s surface is locked to a school account, it’s a private surface, the school has now closed down and we can’t reset the surface.
Personal surface that the school added a Microsoft account to. The school has now closed down and there is no IT team to remove the software they installed, how can we reset as we need the surface for the new school.
