Surface Pro 7 has a bad battery. What does it cost to replace?

The Surface Pro was purchased in 2020 so it doesn't have a warranty any more. The battery has gone bad and I need to know what it costs to send the unit to Microsoft to replace the battery. I would also like to know what the time frame would be from the time I send the Surface to you to the time I get it back.

    In this case, please be informed that there no separate replacement battery available for Surface devices, but instead the whole device will be replaced. Please see Get service for your out of warranty or damaged Surface - Microsoft Support **** for more info.

    Otherwise, it would be best to get in touch with the Microsoft assisted support through Contact Us - Microsoft Support **** as they have the right resources and tools to check your options and process the repair order.
