Problems with the latest Surface firmware updates

Since I've applied the latest two Surface firmware updates I've continue connections and reconnections between my surface Laptop 5 and my Thunderbolt Docking 4. In this way is impossible to work! I've tried some suggestions that I found on this forum like to disconnect the docking, to download the docking registry, to open this file for cleaning the cache and updating the registry.
Nothing happens.
What can I do it?
Can I downgrade to the previous releases of the firmware? If yes, where can I found them for download?
The version that I've applied are:
Surface - Firmware - 1.35.2557.1
Surface - Firmware - 21.103.143.0

Any help is appreciated

    Hello, RoValf.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community!

If you find that this occurs after a firmware update, I am sharing with you a link to the tool for hiding the latest firmware update here, where you can choose to hide the most recent one:

    http://download.microsoft.com/download/F/2/2/F22D5FDB-59CD-4275-8C95-1BE17BF70B21/wushowhide.diagcab

(If the download bar in the top right of Edge suggests that the content is blocked, click on the keep option of the three dots to the right of the file)

If the issue no longer recurs after hiding the update, we will record the firmware update version numbers and submit feedback subsequently.

I also recommend downloading drivers and firmware for the Surface Thunderbolt 4 to troubleshoot potential compatibility issues:

Download Surface Thunderbolt 4 Dock Firmware and Drivers from Official Microsoft Download Center

Here are some things we can try at the moment.

Any progress is worth sharing, which also helps us determine whether the issue could arise from hardware.

I am here to support you.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Leo,
unfortunately your Tool doesn't detect any Update (Hidden or Not) as also reported by John.
About the Surface Thunderbolt 4 Dock Firmware and Drivers, I usually update firmware and drivers once published. Then I've installed the latest.
As suggested by John, waiting your fix, can you give us the link for download the previous version of these two firmware files?

With the previuos version all was running fine.
Please, it's frustrating and impossible to work on this situation!

Hiding an update, so "that Windows will not install hidden updates" does not address when the case when the update has already been applied.

I have the same problem. The suggested tool doesn't work because neither of the listing updates appear for selection to be hidden.

Can Microsoft please roll back these updates or provide an urgent fix!

We are also having this problem. We would like Microsoft to fix this firmware or roll it back ASAP. the recomended solution of hiding an update does not fix the problem for anyone who already has it.

We have applied a temporary solution in our organization because we have a number of these Laptops and Docking Stations. In the Power & battery section we simply don't allow the screens to turn off, so to turn the screen off you would have to do so manually. This avoids needing to unplug the usb c cable and plug it back in when the monitors disconnect.
