Eye Contact feature on other Surface (non-ProX) devices

Is the eye contact feature available on any of the latest Surface (non-ProX) devices, such as the Surface Book 3, Surface Laptop 3 or Surface Pro 7+?

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community. 

I'm sorry but Eye Contact feature is only available on our Surface Pro X devices. You may turn it on through the Surface app.
