My keyboard and pad seems locked, what are the key combination to unlock them?

    Thank you for contacting us. Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Surface Pro Laptop 3.

    To unlock the keyboard and pad, please try the following steps:

    1. Press and hold the Fn key for 10 seconds. This will toggle the Fn lock on or off.
    2. If that does not work, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to shut down the device. Then press the power button again to turn it on.
