Surface Pen tip is not working, but the pen is paired/connected and working with the eraser. Tried everything, but no solution

I have a Surface Go 2 and a normal Surface Pen. Both are working well initially, but recently, I've been having this issue with my pen tip not working.

Beforehand, my pen nib broke, so I bought a replacement pack with 3 other tips. When I tried on the nibs, they all seemed to work perfectly with the drawing program I use.

But my pen tip wasn't completely broken, just the black part where it handles the sensitivity, but I still had to replace it regardless.

After replacing it, it worked for a couple of days, until I updated my laptop through the settings page.

It was updated, my pen stopped working but registered as connected/paired.

The pen eraser worked and registered as an eraser on OneNote and the whiteboard app, but there was no cursor for the nib. I also tried replacing the nib with the original broken one that still worked, but nothing appeared.

I tried to update the pen driver and the windows driver, troubleshooting, diagnostic apps, downloading other drivers and uninstalling ones, and having to restart but nothing seems to be working.

The unexpected dysfunctionality of my pen frustrates me so much since I'm trying to finish an art project due in less than two weeks! Please help!

I'm sorry to hear about the Pen issue. I can definitely feel how important this pen, specially for a project. I will do my best to assist.

Something made it work again, but I legitimately do not know what caused it to work again.

I did end up upgrading to the Windows 11 update today, but it did not work until this afternoon.

Beforehand, I performed the windows update with its surface diagnostic, it did not work. But after an update, I think it may have worked but I cannot be for certain.

I was unable to perform the system file checker but beforehand it didn't work.

I did try the surface app to test the sensitivity and it does work but I am worried for it to not work again, thank you though. I'll let you know again if it happens.
