What I meant that the USB I used with "Surface Book 3 13in i7/32/512 - Windows 10 Home Version 21H2" & ."....22H2" Recovery seems fine. However, it doesn't work on the Surface Book 3!

My Surface Book 3 (10 months old) recently "Blue Screened" and would no longer boot up from Windows 11.
I tried the various Microsoft tools to try to repair it including Diskpart (as I'm an "Advanced User"), but none would work!
So downloaded the Surface Recovery Image from the Microsoft website, specific to my machine/model, and then tried to do a clean install of the Surface Recovery Image (Windows 10 v 22H2) from a USB Drive. However, this isn't working either as once "Recover from a Drive" is started, it reboots and then fails and reports the Error - "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made."
I've also tried a clean install of Windows 11 (a generic version and not MS Surface specific), but again that fails!
I've tested the Hard Drive and it seems OK, although could still be a Hardware issue, I suppose?!
Any thoughts/solutions please?

You seem to have used a brand new USB recovery drive for the installation and were able to make it work.
Can you describe more about the current Diskpart? Or perhaps you could send the current interface to the thread as a photo. It would be great to have a better understanding of your problem.
Now, we need to consider whether the problem stems from the hard disk or storage components of this Surface Book 3.

The two Surface Restore Images - "Surface Book 3 13in i7/32/512 - Windows 10 Home Version 21H2" & ."....22H2" were the very first thing I tried along with "Fully clean the Drive".
Both of these failed, sadly!
Since then I've also tried clean installs of both Windows 10 & 11 (not Surface specific), again these failed with the same message.
I used a brand new USB for all of these which appears to be working fine!
I'm now at the point where Diskpart can't see the internal SSD (but it is there if you use dir etc.).
Chkdsk won't do much with the Drive either (see separate question) - Chkdsk /f returning “windows cannot run disk checking on this volume because it is write protected
Any further thoughts please, as getting nowhere on this one??

After reading your description, I understand that you chose to reset the device with the help of a USB recovery drive in order to alleviate the blue screen issue. It seems that you encountered an error report during the fresh installation process.
In addition to storage-related hardware issues that can cause such errors, incorrect images or installation steps can also lead to such issues.
I'm not sure if you've acquired a Surface-specific recovery image; Surface image files contain Surface drivers that aren't available in regular Windows images, which is a common occurrence in community feedback. Some users have occasionally been able to install the system via a Windows image, but have encountered some of these issues.
So for the current situation, allow me to share with you here a complete process of reinstalling your Surface:
We need to use another computer to access the following site to get a dedicated image file for the Surface to create the recovery drive:

Get it by logging into your account and entering your device's serial number:
After completing the creation of the recovery drive, continue to refer to the guidelines in the following link to complete the recovery operation:

After following the above steps completely, we were able to successfully restore the Surface device to its factory state and reconfigure it.
Before we can determine if this is a hardware failure, we need to base our results on the latest installation.
