Hi Kobiljon Kamolov,
We value your contribution to the Microsoft Community. I understand that you’re facing issues with Bluetooth on your new Surface Laptop 5 running Windows 11. Let’s troubleshoot this together! Here are some steps you can try:
- Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter:
- Press the Windows key, type Troubleshoot, and select Troubleshoot Settings.
- In the settings window, scroll down to find Bluetooth.
- Click on Bluetooth and then click Run the troubleshooter.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
- After the troubleshooter completes, restart your system and check if the Bluetooth icon has reappeared.
- Check Bluetooth Support Service:
- Press Windows Key + R, type Services.msc, and hit Enter.
- Look for “Bluetooth Support Service”.
- Set it to start and then right click select properties> set the startup type to Automatic.
- Go to Device Manager, expand Bluetooth, and look for the installed Bluetooth driver.
- Right-click and choose Update driver.
- Select “Browse my computer for drivers” and then “Let me pick from available drivers”.
- Choose an older driver version and apply it.
- Restart your device and check if the Bluetooth issue persists^.^
- Restart and Reconnect:
- Sometimes a simple restart can resolve Bluetooth issues. Shut down your computer, unplug it for 30 minutes, then plug it in again and turn it on.
- Check for any update available. Please click on settings>Windows update> check for updates and install any update available. Then restart the Surface if the device asks to restart to apply changes.
- Download and install the driver pack on your Surface device. This will help us update the hardware firmware of the device.
- Once the installation is complete restart the Surface to apply changes.
If still persists, we will reset the Surface device back to default to clear out that this is not a software related concern.
Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Kind regards
Christopher.
