This is working with another USB-C charger so the problem comes with the original charger.
Thanks.

I have a Surface Laptop Go 2 with an empty battery. I want to charge it so I plug in the charger. When I do this the LED of the charger turns on for five seconds then turns off, turns on for five seconds then turns off... and again, and again. As this is blinking, I'm assuming that the laptop is taking charge but when I turn it on it always shows a battery indicator indicating that the battery isn't charged.
Is there a way to fix this and to make the computer charge again?
