Can you unpair the Note 20 temporarily and see if you still have this issue with just the mouse connected?
Surface Pro 4 Bluetooth Driver Problem
Hi,
Recently I am having Bluetooth problem on my surface pro 4. It can disappear at anytime. When check from system device, it shows error on Bluetooth driver. But when I restart my computer, everything works well. Is there anyone having the same problem and is there any solution for it?
Thanks.

2022-03-12T01:34:00+00:00 Hi Barb,
I am pairing my Microsoft mouse & my Note 20 Ultra.
My wifi has no problem. Currently the only way to solve it, is only restarting my surface pro, then it works fine.
But it will just error at any time.
I will try to go into UEFI and see the result.
Thanks.

- When Bluetooth is in the "bad" state with the yellow bang error, is the WiFi adapter also showing this issue or is it only Bluetooth?
- Have you tried going into the UEFI and disabling the Bluetooth/WiFi, waiting 30 seconds, then enabling and restarting?
- Shut down your Surface.
- Press and hold the volume-up button on your Surface and at the same time, press and release the power button.
- When you see the Surface logo, release the volume-up button.
The UEFI menu will display within a few seconds.
