Hinge clip and cap of Surface pro 7 key damaged.. what do i do

Oh gosh I spilled like a drop of candle oil in between the keys V and B. So I decided to pluck the key out but I couldn't fit it back into the keyboard, I can still type when I press the rubber cup but either the hinge clip or the keycap is damaged. I can't find the request option for service retails for two keys. What should I do?

    To claim the warranty of your type cover, please contact our customer support above mentioned. They will also instruct you on where and how to send your defective type cover for replacement. Please be also reminded that you will only send the type cover or keyboard alone.

    Hi Steven,

    Firstly, thank you for your reply. However, I have been on this website for hours now but I still don't get how I'm supposed to receive a replacement for the type cover. My warranty is due for June 17th 2021 and so I assume I can replace my keyboard with a completely new type cover without having to make a payment (excluding shipping fees). Where can I request for the entire type cover with the warranty? I have requested a service order and now I have to send my device over. Could you tell me how and where I have to send my device to? And also do I need to send my keyboard with the surface pro or is it just the keyboard itself? Thanks a lot.

    We're afraid to inform you that there are no separate keys available as replacement for the damaged keys, but instead the entire type cover will be replaced. For further assistance, kindly contact Microsoft Surface Support to seek options for your type cover or possible replacement. If you're located outside United States, see Global Support. Replacement cost applies to out of warranty device and for further service.
