Please download and install the latest network driver from your computer manufacturer's website.
Next, open Device Manager, go to Network Adapters, and check the Properties of the wired LAN adapter to access the Advanced settings.
There, review the Speed and Duplex configuration.
If a newer version of the BIOS is available, consider updating it—only if necessary.
Important:
Before updating the BIOS, if your drive is encrypted, make sure to disable encryption temporarily.
Also, go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options, and turn off
"To improve security, only allow Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts on this device (recommended)"
to ensure other sign-in methods are visible on the login screen.
