Use Microsoft Surface Pro 6 as a digital tablet

Hello

I would like to use a Microsoft Surface Pro 6 as a digital tablet, but I do not know if I need any kind of app for this purpose.

My desire is use this Surface to draw with Illustrator in the same way that a mouse, but without the installation of the Adobe software in the tablet.

    To get the kind of Adobe Illustrator quality, you definitely need an app and a
    Surface Pen. Perhaps
