How do I run windows 11 as administrator

I want to change some programmes and need to run as an 'administrator.' How do I do this?

    Right click on program shortcut, select Run as administrator in context menu. Click Yes in User account control pop-up.

    Please provide some more information on your requirement, is your user account a full administrator on the PC, and if not, is there another user account on the PC that is a full administrator.

    In the meantime, create a desktop icon for an application, then right click the new desktop icon and choose Properties, then on the resulting dialog, click the Advanced button and on the next window, you can set that application to run as administrator.
