Why Microsoft Reward's order stuck into "In Progress"

I am from India and today I redeemed 500 rupees amazon gift card ....points were deducted from my account but conformation email not arrived and it is still showing "In Progress" after 3 hours ....last time it took only 30 seconds to send conformation email. Please suggest me ....should I email Microsoft or wait for some more time.....

    Regarding to your information I assume that your Microsoft Reward order is stuck in "In Progress"

    In general, it should arrive soon, just like your previous redemption. If it is still in progress at this point, you can contact the Rewards team

    I'm from Nepal. I redeemed the 100 robux code for 1,500 points. the points were deducted but I didn't receive the code.
    I have 3 accounts i normally receive the codes in 40 seconds or so. But today it has been 3.5 hours or so. please help.

    No problem, don't worry. I also got this problem last time but most likely, you will get the confirmation mail the next day morning or the same day's night at 11 pm if you redeemed the card before 12 pm afternoon the same day. It looks like you will never get the mail but you will after some time. Waiting patiently is the only way. It happened 2 times for me and it is the same, it always comes the next day or the same day night.

    For me, my problem solved. You just need to wait with patience for 24 hours, and it will arrive by the next day. But Who won't be worried for all the hard work and searches they did?
