Microsoft regularly run out of Robux codes, it is the most popular reward, you just need to check the rewards web page regularly until the 100 Robux reward codes are available again, usually it does not take Microsoft long to restore the Robux codes.
I don't think it's the correct answer. In this exact moment I can redeem the 100 robux and my son can't.
