Why I can't redeem Robux in Microsoft rewards

The Robux is in stock in Microsoft rewards. But every time when I tried to redeem with Microsoft Rewards, but it always showed "There’s an issue with your account or order".

What happen?

    I'll try to help you with this.

    I've seen other users reporting the same issues and getting the same error message. Please make sure you go through the troubleshooting steps on your device, just in case:

    1. Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser. If you are using the Microsoft Edge browser, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data and select Ctrl+Shift+Del.
    2. Changing browsers.
    3. Disabling extensions / going incognito or in-private browsing.
    4. Disconnect from VPN or Proxy server.

    If the issue persists, try connecting to a different internet source. Kindly let me know the result.

    This isnt a problem with jodie's account

    Everyone is having the same issue

    This is eother a problem from microsoft or roblox

    Hi, thank you for your help. But I have tried everything you said, still no luck. Not working at all. It's still the same message showed when I tried to redeem.

    i cant redeem it too it shows up and when i try to make an order it says ''send to outlook'' but when I check my outlook it doesn't show anything about Microsoft rewards
