I was deployed for 9 moths in the middle east, I regularly used my laptop and when I got back to the US in 2023 October. It wont let me redeem anything, is there a way to fix this and make my point redeemable? Most of my points were generated in the US before deployment.

    Sorry for that,

I recommend filling a support request here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequ...

This is just unreal how horrible support is with this issue..

I've searched and not one issue or report of this getting FIXED - it stays broken and no one in support will help you.

This only gets resolved with Luck -

I go nowhere and used the same PC for 7yrs with this Oops! Looks like you are on the go message ! It is a server error on their end that won't be fixed cause they don't care.
