My Microsoft Rewards thing is giving me less points, what's wrong?

My Microsoft Rewards thing gives me 150 points for PC searching. It used to give me 300 Microsoft Edge bonus points a day, up to 9000 a month, and today I searched with Microsoft and it gave me 150 points for searching on my PC, and stopped me at 20 points a day for the Microsoft Edge bonus. What's going on?

    Your dedicated team has failed to do anything about this problem for two and a half months. At the least I have lost over 20,000 points, and still no help. They act like I'm the only one with this problem though obviously I'm not. They give no help and then close the complaint out. It's very frustrating to have received less than half the points earned and no one really being helpful and trying to get to the bottom of this.

    Me too, daily points added to rewards are usually half of that reported in the dashboard. No idea how they add up, or rather, don't add up.

    This has been a problem for me for about a week now. I am level 2 and have to search MANY times just to get 30 points in a day. I use Edge and have gotten ZERO points for it for the past week. Sad, because searching with Bing is the only use I have for Edge. It is handy as since I use it for just searching it is convenient to have it clear all history each time it closes.

    Thank you. I am level 2! I usually get 300 bonus points for browsing (the one on the farthest right) and today I only got 20.

    What do you mean by periodically Microsoft changes the points I get daily?

    Normally, I get almost 700 points a day after my searches, bonuses, and daily activities/offers.

    Are you Level 1 or Level 2?

    Periodically, the number of points one may accrue daily does change. Microsoft Rewards does have special point amounts throughout the year.

    If you are level 2.

    Extra quizzes differ daily on point accumulation

    Using Microsoft Edge, you can accumulate 30 points daily for browsing

    PC Search - up to 150 points daily

    Mobile Search - up to 100 points daily.

    That means, in order to receive up to 150 points per search you have to be Level 2 on your account. To be a level 2 you have to score 500 points in that month to be level 2 and then you can get back to receiving 150 points!
