Why does the code keep saying in progress

So i redeemed a 200 robux gift card an it said it in progress . It been over 6 hours and I have contacted the support team with no replies.

Does anyone have a suggestion on what to do.

    I finally got the robux yesterday when I got my points back I decided to redeem it in the afternoon because when I did it in the morning it declined.
