I have been trying to redeem a gift voucher worth of upto $5.00 to spend at Coles supermarket how’ver I have experienced some technical issues even after verifying my confirmation codes so that my selected redeemable Coles $5 gift voucher can be sent to my Live Outlook email email address and it’s never delivered. Iv got over 10,000 rewards points to spend and redeem only 6,400 of $5 Coles gift voucher.
It’s been over six months and still waiting for Microsoft Rewards customer service to get back to me about this issue not delivering my chosen rewards redeem voucher.
